Melinda
R., RN, BSN, President (13 yrs):
Melinda started her nursing career as a Critical Care Nurse who became involved in telemedicine development, and telephone-linked care while working in a hospital setting. She started No Worries In-home Care in 1996 with the desire to create her ideal work environment and provide innovative home care. No Worries has grown rapidly and is currently celebrating over 13 years of providing quality care and a corporate culture consisting of unusual strategies which have resulted in more then 50% of the staff having been with No Worries for more than two years. Melinda became involved in State-wide In-home Care Licensure as a member of the Rules Committee for the Health Care Licensure and Certification Division of the Department of Human Services. Melinda has also been a Community Health Clinical Nursing Instructor for Portland Community College for 7 years and for Washington State University's RN to BSN to MSN program for 5 years.

Monica F., Operations Manager (7 yrs):
Monica came to No Worries in May of 2003. She has a background in business management and accounting. Monica also has an extensive background in the medical field and worked as CNA for over 10 years before opening her own Adult Foster Home. Monica owned and operated several Adult Foster Homes in Washington County prior to her career change into public accounting. Coming to No Worries seemed like the perfect fit where she could be a part of helping people to maintain their independence to stay in their own homes, as well as use her love for numbers. Monica spends her free time with her family and enjoys camping and the outdoors.

Suzi F., HR Manager (12 yrs):
Suzi has 35 years experience in the Medical and Health Field. Beginning her senior year of High School she worked as a Dental Assistant before college. She began majoring in Business in college, after a year of Business she knew it was the Medical field that really interested her. She worked 20 years in Hospitals in Respiratory Therapy mostly, then later changing to other areas including operating room specialty sets for the orthopedic doctors, and supervising. Suzi has spent the last 12 years working with No Worries Corporation both in the field, and as Human Resource Manager. She has a wonderful husband of 32 years, and 3 children. Her older son is in Florida specializing in computers and home entertainment; she has twin son and daughter, who the daughter just recently graduated with Masters Degree in Higher Education. Twin son has been in the military for past 7 years and has done a tour in Iraq . She loves spending time with her family, reading, gardening, trips to the coast.

Susan F., RN, Client Services Supervisor (3 yrs):
Susan has been a nurse with No Worries for 3 years. Her journey to No Worries has been varied and has given her the opportunity to bring a different skill set to the job. Susan has lived in the Beaverton area since 1985 and has had the privilege to explore more of the Metropolitan area since her start with No Worries. She has two children, one grand child and three dogs. Susan is originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia and has lived in Utah and Wyoming prior to Oregon . Susan enjoys her current job and the population that No Worries serves.

Pat W., RN, Client Services Supervisor and Foot Care Manager (2 yrs):
Pat is a graduate of Parkview Hospital School of Nursing, Ft. Wayne, Indiana. She worked for several years as a hospital staff nurse in her early career. She worked for Friendsview Retirement Community in Newberg for twenty three years, the first eight as a Charge Nurse, and as Director of Nursing Services for fifteen years. She started here at No Worries in January, 2008, as the RN Foot Care Manager and is now also working as a Client Services Supervisor.

Tammy W., Staffing Supervisor (3 yrs):
Tammy has a BS in Psychology from Western Baptist College . She specialized in the field of Family Studies, including gerontology. Tammy began working in this field in 1974 and has worked in a nursing home, as a private assistant and co-ran an adult foster home. She then went on to work at the Albertina Kerr Centers for 10 years. Prior to her work with No Worries she worked at Tanner Springs Assisted Living, starting out as a caregiver and med-aid, and later on becoming the supervisor of the carestaff.

Debbie M., Staffing Coordinator (2 yrs):
Debbie has been working at No Worries for 2 years, first as a caregiver, then began to work as a Staff Cordinator in the No Worries office. She also worked for 10 years in the real estate as a property manager. Her caregiving experience started when she was 19, working in Nursing Homes, then working with the Senior Disability Service. She loves spending time with her family and has 9+ Grandchildren.
